At Clyde & Co we view diversity and inclusion as critical to the success of our global business and have created a working environment where people from different backgrounds can thrive. We are fully committed to ensuring that there are no barriers to progression, and that everyone is treated equally and with respect. We work with clients across the globe, from a wide range of industries and backgrounds and therefore understand and appreciate just how important it is that our partners and employees both respect and reflect that diversity. We know there is always more we can do, and as part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion we have developed several corporate responsibility initiatives, graduate and work experience programmes, resourcing policies and internal working practices. Gender Equality at Clyde & Co

Bringing together employees from all over the firm, GECCO works with our management team, our Global Diversity and Inclusion team and other stakeholders to advance gender diversity at Clyde & Co.

Pryde & Co for LGBT+


Pryde & Co provides a support network for LGBT+ colleagues within the firm and educates staff on issues facing LGBT+ people today.

Achieving Cultural and Ethnic Diversity

ACED aims to create a more diverse workforce and to widen the pool of talent from which our firm recruits employees.

Wellness And Disability


We aim to raise awareness of mental health, disability and wellbeing issues and provide support to any colleagues who need it.

Clyde & Community

Clyde & Community is our corporate responsibility programme, which aims to tackle social issues local to each of our offices.

We use our time and skills to have a positive impact on our communities, providing pro bono legal advice, volunteering with community organisations and through charitable giving.

These opportunities also allow our people to develop their own skills and to feel they can make a difference to causes they feel strongly about.

At Clyde & Co, we believe careers in a law firm should be open to everyone, irrespective of economic background. We’re part of an alliance of law firms who have signed up to the PRIME commitment, which provides quality work experience to young people who may not otherwise have access to these kinds of opportunities.

Our week-long work experience programme takes place in our London office with students coming from partner schools. During their time with us they will get an insight into life in a city law firm and understand more about what it takes to work somewhere like Clyde & Co.

Welcoming students to our offices gives us the chance to break down some of the misconceptions about the legal profession and gives us access to the talent of the future.
